Coronavirus and the COVID pandemic has caused worldwide chaos and an unprecedented way of working, not least with wedding photography.
Bodakids Photography want to make your wedding booking as stress free as possible.
As wedding photographer, when it comes to planning for the most important day of your life, it’s reassuring that you don’t have to worry about losing your retainer in this fast-moving.
- Cancelation and full refund.
If you book bodakids for your wedding and your event cancels due to the coronavirus, and we are available on that future date, you can apply your retainer to a future date or just feel free for cancelation and full refund.
- Book Now, Pay Later
We also for any new bookings during COVID pandemic, we are offering ‘Book Now, Pay Later’. To secure your wedding date we normally ask for a deposit at the time of booking. To help, we are happy for you pay your deposit at a later date, all we ask is to agree a date this will be paid by.
Bodakids commitment to couples is the same – we will help with everything that we can; if plans change, you need to postpone or split your wedding into a smaller ceremony and big party later on in the year, I will do whatever I can to accommodate your plans. Your Wedding needs to change course, but this doesn’t mean you need to lose all the suppliers you love and chose carefully in the first place. Reschedule, Postpone but try to don’t cancel.
Currently, we have postponed 20+ weddings. We have a list of dates we are available for the remainder of 2021, however some couples have moved their dates to 2022 others have had to look at midweek and Sundays to get a viable date, that all suppliers can agree too.
We realise this is an extremely stressful time for you, but we want you to realise we are doing as much as possible to help you and other couples to book your wedding photgraphy as esasy as possible.
