DELIVERY AND STORAGE OF DIGITAL PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Once you have received photos or video, you must accept all responsibility for archiving and protecting any digital files related to the wedding.

Bodakids will archive the digital files for up to 3 months after the wedding or event but does not permanently archive or backup these digital files.

Bodakids is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided, or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read the data provided.

It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media and backed up as required. Bodakids strongly recommends keeping at least one back-up of your digital files in a different location (if it is possible a online backup).

Once the video has been delivered, the couple can make a  free modification within next 15 days.

After 30 days Bodakids will close the project of their computers so that for new changes will have a cost of re-edition.
–  Cost re-edition will be 350 €.
