Gibraltar is one of those places where all wedding photographers feel privileged to attend.

The government of Gibraltar is very flexible when it comes to marriage register which facilitates that many couple from England, Ireland and rest of Europe come to the Rock to celebrate their wedding. Getting married in Gibraltar is simple, there are no residency restrictions and you can get married with 24 hours notice, providing you have all the correct documentation.

Officially ceremonies can be held in various locations in addition to the Registry Office. As wedding photographers we have been fortunate to attend several of them as the luxurious Sunborn Yacht, the St Michael’s Cave or on the lookout and restaurant of the summit of the Rock where you have to access via a cable car. We have even attended locations outside Gibraltar as the luxurious rural hotel Monastery  (El Monasterio) where they have requested for 2017 officiate official Gibraltar weddings in the village of Tesorillo (spain).

Conduct a wedding story or video wedding in Gibraltar has its uniqueness as to the risks of the border must be added the lack of space inside so we have to plan in a very different way, but everything has its reward, Gibraltar is a very quaint and genuine place, much glitz and glamour and wonderful corners which together with its narrow streets offers a picturesque place.
