Bodakids Wedding Services Terms and Conditions
In order to offer greater peace of mind and transparency in the contracting of photographic (or videographic) services to couples, Bodakids has photography and video contracts available to all coulples with the following clauses:
ACCESS
It is the couple´s responsibility to secure access to areas for photography and videography. Bodakids will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
PAYMENT CONDITION
To book the couple has to pay a deposit of 20%. As it is specific in the following link PAYMENT CONDITION
SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES
For events lasting 6 hours or more, the Client agrees to provide the Photographer and/or Videographer with a meal/sandwich during the event.
Whenever possible, the meal will be served at the same time as the guests’ meal to ensure smooth coverage of the wedding. Any short break taken for meals will be planned in a way that minimizes disruption and avoids missing important moments.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. The Photographer & Videographer may use copies of the images and video for promotional purposes (website, portfolio), unless the Client expressly opts out before the event.
CANCELATION
If couple gives less than 1 month notice of cancellation, the reservation will not be refunded (with a maximum of 200 €).
The Couple will be able to to change the date of the wedding as long as bodakids has availability without any additional charge.
DELIVERY AND STORAGE OF DIGITAL PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Once you have received photos or video, you must accept all responsibility for archiving and protecting any digital files related to the wedding.
All final photographic and video files will be securely stored for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery. After this period, files may be transferred to a NAS backup storage system for archival purposes.
While reasonable care is taken, Bodakids does not guarantee the long-term availability or integrity of archived files once they are moved to backup storage. Hardware failure, data degradation, or other technical issues may occur over time, and the Client acknowledges that Bodakids is not responsible for maintaining files indefinitely.
If the Client requests file recovery after the initial six (6) month period, such recovery is subject to availability and will incur a file retrieval fee of €30, applicable to photography or video services. This fee is based on the time and resources required for data recovery and applies per recovery request.
Bodakids is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided, or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read the data provided.
It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media and backed up as required. Bodakids strongly recommends keeping at least one back-up of your digital files in a different location (if it is possible a online backup).
Video Modifications and Re-Editing Policy
Once the video has been delivered, the Client is entitled to one (1) free modification request within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. This free modification is limited to minor changes and must be requested within the stated timeframe.
After the fifteen (15) day period, the video project will be considered closed. Any additional changes, revisions, or re-editing requests will incur a re-editing fee, as outlined below:
Requests made within the first six (6) months from the delivery date: €250
Requests made after six (6) months from the delivery date: €350
All re-editing requests are subject to project availability and may require additional time for completion.
